(Tasted on my vacation to the south. Notes transcribed verbatim below.)
Appearance: Amber, clean, slightly hazy. Small head.
Smell: Sweet, fruity, malty. Slight hints of yeast.
Taste: Very sweet, grainy, hints of cherries.
Mouthfeel: Moderate thickness, low on carbonation, mild hops.
Drinkability: Very good. Not complex, but good.

On tap at Boscos, Nashville.
A - Dark, nut brown in color with a thin off-white head. Decent retention and excellent lacing left in the glass.
S - Rich aroma of dark, roasted malts. Somewhat nutty with some toasted bread as well. Maybe a hint of smokiness to it, almost peat like.
T - Very sweet up front. Big malt profile with a breadiness to it that is very strong. A light smokiness along with a very earthy hoppiness. The hops provide just enough balance to keep it from being too sweet.
M/D - Medium bodied, not quite as full as I like in a Wee Heavy. Still, a very drinkable beer. The hops provide just enough balance to the sweetness to make this one a great sipper.
