Tennessee’s Original Pub Brewed Beer! When we opened Tennessee’s first brew pub in 1992, this was the first beer we brewed. Still a favorite today, we add a secret ingredient to give this beer its creamy texture.

This is the only Bosco's beer that I can say has been a let-down so far. Very light bodied, with moderate sweetness and a bit of grain showing through. Finish was an odd, not-hops chalky bitterness that clung to the back of the tongue. Perhaps I sampled a batch that was a bit off.

Sampled this unique brew at the Schlafly Repeal festival, and it indeed reminds me of the ol' cream sodas I had as a kid. The pour wasn't red, like cream soda of course, but a slightly hazy golden yellow, with a teeny white head.
No real aroma, just a light hint of malt. And the quaff was along those lines too - light malt with that hint of cream. The body matched, also light - but making for a nice summer session type brew.
The first beer brewed by them when they opened Tennessee's Original Brewpub in Germantown, TN in 1992
