Seasonal offering. Served in 10oz glass.
A- Hazy, but bright cannery yellow color. Head dies quickly but does leave a film that coats the glass nicely as the beer is drank.
S- Very light aroma. Slight crisp fruit and floral. Not much else to report on...
T/M- Bitterness isn't anywhere they advertise it to be. Subtle hop bite followed by a grassy flavor. Light biscuit and wheat backbone. Overall light flavor. Definitely a straight american wheat- light, crisp, refreshing. Body is very light in the tongue with a medium carbonation.
O- Expected to be hoppier by description, but it turns out this is only 31 IBU and tastes more like 20. Decent, but not quite as flavorful as I hoped... Not really my style to begin with, I thought this may turn me around, but it didn't.
