Purchased at the Albert Hypermarket in Pilsen, Czech Republic, in September 2023 and drunk a week later in Schechen, Bavaria.
L: Dark golden, thin white head, large, slow-moving bubbles.
S: Rich, dark, grainy aroma. No hops.
T: Malty and grainy with a tangy caramel end note that has me reaching for descriptors, with tangy caramel being the best I could come up with. It did encourage me to take more sips to work it out. Medium, generic bitterness.
M: The mouthfeel is full and rounded. The beer finishes long and semi-sweet.
O: A reasonably malty Czech lager with a strange caramelly end. Stands out from the predominently lighter, sweeter Czech svetly lagers, but not necessarily in a good way.
Cheers!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
