Everyone's got a recipe in their back pocket that never fails to deliver. Much like that casserole that you make every thanksgiving, this is our sure-thing, back-pocket recipe. A light bodied, tropical West coast IPA, generously hopped with Idaho-7, Simcoe and Mosaic. Some things are perfect just the way they are.
