Bottle pour at the bottle share held at Chloe's inside Golden Road Brewing in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a murky orange with a foamy khaki head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, rye, citrus fruit, and citrus zest. Taste is much the same with a honey flavor on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.

Amber in color with a bit of haze and a khaki head. Nice hop aroma of grapefruit, pine, and orange peels. Semi-sweet malt on the nose with caramel and rye. The flavor has a nice balance to it. Toffee sweetness along with some rye to go with a pine flavor and bitterness along with some more citrusy notes, particularly grapefruit. An overall enjoyable libation.
