Served on tap at the Rogue Public House in Eugene
A- Poured a murky orange color, semi-hazy, off-white small head that left minimal lace
S- Big natural pumpkin, brown sugar, and some allspice. Really nice aroma that is on the sweeter side with nice spice notes but not as spice heavy as many other pumpkin ales
T- Lots of sweet natural gourd flavor (almost more yam like than pumpkin), big brown sugar, some allspice, lots of breadiness, slightly tangy
M- Smooth, medium body, soft and prickly carbonation, very drinkable
O- This is a really great pumpkin ale that is not as spiced as others but still has all the flavors you want in a pumpkin beer. Very drinkable I could have a few of these, unlike some of the sweeter and more imperial pumpkin ales that are great but this would be a good six pack pumpkin ale if they bottled it.
