Had this beer during my holiday in Slovakia. Poured into a Kelt pint glass. The beer pours a nice, dark-brown color with a very long lasting, light-brown creamy head.
Smell: very weak, some bread (yeast) and hints of sweet caramel.
Taste: As almost all euro dark lager, much better than the smell. Most beers from this brew-type are mainly sweet in the pellet. This one seems a bit more complex. The taste is sweet (dark fruits and caramel), but also it also has a well hidden salty taste (liquorish). Some hints of coffee and a nice (relatively long lasting for the brew type) bitterness from roasted malts in a surprisingly dry aftertaste. This beer has a nice balance between sweetness and bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-low carbonation, smooth, creamy and very easy to drink.
Overall: A nice euro dark lager, less sweet and more dry than the other ones from this brew-type. A decent beer with, again, artificial sweeteners....

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
