Bright red colour with a small white head. Fair head retention. A little hazy.
Nice funky aroma. Complex barnyard notes and plenty of tartness. Good fruit.
Powerful. Very sour and acetic. Good raspberry flavour supported by the sourness. Light funk. Nice.
Medium-light body. Very sharp and fizzy. Good.
A really excellent beer. The recipe from Steve Hogarth is a stunner and the beer just tastes wonderful.
