This was a blend of the Obama IPA and Spies'd Old Ale passed through the Modus Hoperandi.
Sweet malt aroma with hints of cinnamon backed up by deep, dank American hops.
Nice, clear, dark mahogany colour with a foamy tan head.
Big, resinous earthy hop character. Laid back malt character. Interesting.
Medium-light body with moderately-high carbonation. Too gassy.
A tasty drop. Interesting combination going on here with the malty old ale and the very hoppy Black IPA.
