Rather than review as per usual format, I will note in this instance that the Kolsch style here proves that a beer can be ‘almost’ in flavour like an Aussie macro (as indeed many brewers get confused), but quite different in subtle ways. It is an ideal beer/food drink, and stays drinkable throughout.
In this instance clean malts and a crisp finish continue to the last drop. Very very drinkable. Whole much greater than the sum of the parts.
