Clear, dark red, copper color with a creamy, light tan head. Nice head retention and good lacing.

Smoky with bits of bacon and wood smoke. A touch of earthiness. I feel like the Brett gets covered up here which is disappointing.

More smoked pork and wood smoke. Nice bits of toffeed malt and plenty of fruit as well. Seeing lots of banana and bits of pear. Obvious wheat. Maybe a touch of earthy Brett on the back end. I find there is a lack of the Brett presence to justify the name.

Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Fine.

I really want to like this but the Brett designation makes this difficult. It should be more present and work with the smoke but the smoke just covers up any Brett that may exist.
