From notes.
Pours 100% clear mahogany, little head, spotty lace.
Aromas of apples and apple cider, some funk.
Taste follows nose , a little sour, some barnyard funk, horse blanket, but all in all very subtle for style and ABV.
Mouthfeel lightly carbonated and medium bodied.
Not the best W&P effort, not really sour nor bold enough, or does that just tell me I am reviewing from a Beer Geek perspective, rather than a pure palate one?

Clear amber-brown colour with a smooth but small off-white head. Fair head retention. Not bad.
Tart and slightly funky. Some pineapple and other tropical fruit. A little dull on the whole.
Sweet and fruity. An interesting combination of flavours. The tartness is quite nice but subdued. An easy introduction to sours I think.
Medium-light body with moderately-high carbonation. Nice.
An easy drinking sour. Nice and refreshing and an innovative use of Lactobacillus and Pediococcus.
