Appearance: Hazy yellow brew. Yeast is apparent. Dense, foamy white head. Nice lacing and natural carbonation. I was amazed at how much yeast sediment this brew produced.
Smell: Yeast, rich malt. Floral hops. Bready.
Taste: Rich malt, slightly toasted. Heavy yeast presence. Very good brew.
Mouthfeel: Medium body. Nice full bodied and natural carbonation.
Drinkablity: Easily sessionable. Rich flavor and smoothness creates an enjoyably solid brew.
