A: Bright golden-yellow. Slightly hazy but not Hefe hazy (can see through the other side still). BIG carbonation. Puffy finger thick white head.
S: Woo does this smell sweet (as in a sugar way, not an awesome way)... pineapple, apple, clover, vanilla.
T: Really tart and sour (think Jolly Pumpkin but WAY overkill) with notes of apple and grape. Wheat starts to scarcely come in through the middle with some spice and a hint of banana towards the end.
M: Effervesent and cloy like all hefe's should be but stringy and syrupy esp. for style.
D: It may be labeled a hefe weizen but it comes off more like a hefe - apple cider hybrid. Wont be trying this one again.

Appearance: A whitish golden yellow body, the carbonation is present but hard to gauge. The body was also pretty opaque. A fluffy white head without much retention, almost akin to dropping an orange slice into the glass.
Smell: A strong Belgian nose and really sweet fruity notes some banana.
Taste: A sweeter brew that has has the Belgium "funk" up front and fades into a sweet banana and proper clove finish.
Mouthfeel: The carbonation properly lightens the moderate body. But the taste just fades away after each sip.
Drinkability: Not really my cup of tea, by try something else like their dunkle instead for your wheat fix.
