On-draught in Wellington.
Creamy and soft, with fudgy chocolate flavour and rich dark malt sweetness. Scintillae of dark fruits (maybe plum?).
Not the most intricate imperial stout, but it's a good deal more balanced and drinkable than the new crop of cloying pastry stouts brewed with crap additives you'd see through the window in a vending machine.
