Like all the other reviewers this one came from Beermasons - a 500ml bottle poured into a schooner.
A - Solid finger of head with a strong golden colour. Nothing mind-blowing but respectable.
S - The malt/cereals used here are quite strong. There's also a touch of sweet, pilsner-esque spicy hops.
T - Quite soft on the palate at first, with only the slightest detectable hop flavours in the background. Nowhere near as bright a flavour as I was expecting - the hop bitterness is building but otherwise it's all a bit.. mushy..? There's a variety of malty/hop flavours detectable but nothing really rushes out at you.
M - Fairly soft and smooth on the palate, but still pleasant. The only tang comes from the hops.
O - So there are hints or allusions to some rather nice (although quite simple) flavours here however they never really eventuate. Pleasant enough to drink with some redeeming features but overall it just doesn't have the vibrancy of flavour it should. A mushy version of fat yak.

Thanks to Beermasons and it pours a hazy apricot hue which leaves a two finger head and little lacing,the smell is fruit tarts,cereal,toffee and marzipan very dominated by the malt with a touch of fruit,the mouthfeel is just over light bodied and has tastes of fruity esters,caramel candy,honey malts and treacle with the slightest touch of nectarines and overall its average and i have to disagree with the label stating that its a breakfast brew as i certainly for one could not drink this at breakast as its like fruity cereal and i wouldnt buy again in a hurry cheers

This pours a slightly cloudy golden with minimal white head.
The nose is all malts. The label says 6 cereals were used. A little bit of honey sweetness.
Sweetness really hits on the palate. Very thin flavourwise. Not very nice.
Thin mouthfeel too.
A very average beer.

500ml bottle from Beermasons. Poured into a 7oz glass. Listed as a Golden Ale, so i figured English Pale Ale was closest.
Pours a pretty true, golden colour, with good clarity. Little thinning white head of foam that depletes fairly quickly. No lacing.
Smell is very English. A nice mix of bread, light honey and gentle malt. Aromas work well together.
Taste gets this oversweet, cheap, maltiness to it that hits early and lingers and lingers. Quite unpleasant. Does tend to drown out most other flavours.
Mouthfeel is dominated by the tangy sweetness. Beneath it all the body is actually well matched to the style and everything around it.
I like English styles, but this doesn't do them any justice. Won't be seeking out another. Dominated by this over-sweet tang that just doesn't relent.
