Presumably named after the nearby Cloverdale neighbourhood.
Big Ridge is serving a cask on the last friday of the month. This one is in prime condition.
A: Bronze with a white head, very little retention, but some nice lacing.
S: Biscuity malt & citrus hops with some underlying bubblegum fruityness.
T:Citrus, figs, biscuity malt, modest bitterness. Nice flavour from this cask ale.
M: Light to moderate body is very smooth.
D: Very drinkable.
