2013 vintage; opened in 2018. Utilizes Irish moss in the mash. Spiced with coriander, ginger, cumin seed, star anise, and grain of paradise. A very dark saison with almost no head. Subdued, delicious blend of spices after aging. Needed a pair of pliers to get the cork out (most of my aged Locobeer corks are like this). Interesting, tasty brew!

Phenolic, a little bit spicy aroma.
Color is deep orange, almost clear. Head is non.
Sweet but the finish is dry. Rich malt flavor and phenol from yeast. Hop character is not detective. Full body and warmly from high alcohol content.
Should be matured more than half year.
