This brewery is peculiar because until recently, they only produced two beers. Both of them Kölsches.
Ingredients: Malt, hops.
A - Dark yellow body, with head that disappeared too quickly to note its color.
S - Light sweet aroma
T - Light sweet body. Soft water was likely used. The fullness of the malt is very nice, almost grapey, but not vinous at all. With a bit more malt, this would be an excellent beer.
M - Medium body, with light carbonation. Refreshing.
D - This one of the better Japanese made Kolsches.
