Stopped in Les Brasseurs in the Laussane location on my trip to Switzerland during a day trip. First off, let me say this is a definite place to get a bite to eat and the beer is made very well. I believe they only have 4 on tap with one of them being a rotating seasonal (christmas beer was on when i was there). Having been to the location in Nyon, i already knew that my favorites were the Blanche and the Aberee.

For atmosphere is your basic brewpub style with big brass kettles on the ends and sides of the restaurant. This location is very big however and really has a nice brewery feel to it. There is a nice big bar that sits in the center of the restaurant and they offer the appropriate glassware ranging from .25L to 1L sizes. You can also take up to a 5l mini keg with you. Reasonable prices considering switzerland and definitely worth the trip in. Still overpriced at nearly 15 swiss francs for a liter of beer but its a nice treat if you are in town. The food is great and ranges from typical bar food to high end meals for dinner.

Enjoy
