Presented in mini-tulip glass
Enjoyed at Brasserie Du Molard while visiting Geneva, Switzerland.
A: Hazy, golden hay. Barely a 0.25 (soft white) fingernail head.
S: Cracked wheat, tangerine zest, corriander, and more citrus notes coming thru.
T: Pronounced and refined wheat character balanced by smooth corriander and white pepper spice followed by a soft prickle of citrus at the end. Pleasant.
M: Light carbonation with medium body.
O: Just right on this beer, although I've had better in the style for sure. It drinks smooth and is quite crisp/refreshing. More of a summer beer as opposed to the dead of winter, but such goes life. My 2nd favorite of their three offerings at this classy Swiss brewpub.

(From notes)
Out of the three brews made at this brewpub, this is by far the most serviceable in terms of flavor. That being said, it pours with a really large almost three fingers of head that died down pretty fast. Hazy yellowish hue that's unremarkable.
Citrus, yeasty, and a little bready in the aroma; but a touch of skunkiness slides in and messes things up. Taste very much mirrors the aroma; a little doughy and bready; earthy hop bitterness is a nice surprise, but it's very slight. Lightish body with crisp carbonation; OK here but not great. Not terrible drinking, and could pass as a messy, but serviceable Blonde.

Poured a light golden color [unfiltered] with a small white head that dissipated quickly. Small lacing.
Aroma is light with some mild citrus coming through.
Taste has some hops bitterness, spicy and some malts. Rather dry.
Mouthfeel was light.
Overall, while not overly impressive, it is very drinkable. Certainly refreshing on a hot summer day at the outdoor cafe.
