This is a collaboration with Trunk Coffee in Nagano. I'm guessing on the style but I think it is a Pale Ale brewed with coffee. Coffee seems to be from Kenya.
Really good/interesting beer. Strong coffee smell and taste. Didn't think this would work with an ale but it does. More of a strong/dark coffee taste rather than a milky one. I think there are more in this series as well.
Had the opportunity to drink at Snow Monkey Beer Live (Shiga Kogen Beer/music festival). Also was available at their hop harvest festival in the fall. Shiga has amazing beer festivals!
