Mondiale 2009. The 2007 version was amberish and showed carbonation bubbles. Lots of white lace. Bitterness was there, but more malting really. A good IPA, though 2008 was more bold bitterness, maybe it does not age as well. This 2007 expressed a fuller mouthfeel, caramel. C-hops in aroma suggest a lot of hops used.
