It's a Belgian imperial India black ale. It's dry and hoppy, meant to be eaten with food. The IBUs are very modest, but there's lots of fresh, dry hops in the aroma. It's got a saison yeast inside that makes it kind of like a red wine in a way. A very interesting, original style that I enjoyed a lot!
