Bought this from Tanakaya in Mejiro, Tokyo. Poured into a Sapporo weizen glass. A bit of yeast stuck to the bottom of the bottle that I swirled around to mix. The yeast blended well and left no residue on the bottom of the drink. Lovely wheat and citrus aroma with a bit of grapefruit coming through without any sourness. A lovely "white IPA" that went very well with a soy sauce meat dish. Recommended! Love Shiga Kogen!
