Cheap at 99p a bottle! Not a bad beer for a Friday night.

Appearance: This one is clear and golden with a bright white foamy head.
Aroma: Grapefruit and piney notes faint almond and pistachio.
Taste: Crisp in the front. Decent citrus, grapefruit, piney.
Notes: Not a very exciting I.P.A but it's decent. Cheers

Bottle from Aldi - one of their Great British Brewing Co range. Straw colour. Thick frothy head which dissipates easily.
Mild aroma of citrus but not much there.
Taste is the same. Grainy bitter finish.
Reasonably well carbonated.
More APA than IPA but not much of anything really.

330 ml bottle, Aldi, Bristol - Pours clear golden with a medium white foamy head. Nice lacing. Medium carbonation. Aroma - light citrus. Taste - light citrus, metallic, soapy, bitter finish. Like Sadler's Hop Bomb doesn't hit my buttons, too clean being not bottle conditioned or unfined, really not hitting any punches in the hop department as well. Why kill the hops ?

Pours clear golden straw into a tulip from a bottle. Lively head is pure white, foamy, a tad sparse and recedes to surface froth after a short while.
The aroma is cream, lemon syrup, a tad soapy, floral grass and hops. The flavour follows on with that sweet floral, medicinal lemon-drop style flavor that leads into grapefruit, light malts, and aromatic hoppy bitterness.
In the mouth it feels light, with zingy carbonation, slightly oily on the middle.
Average IPA; wouldn't go so far as to say it reflected an American IPA, because it's quite mild, a bit sweet and soapy. Easy drinking, but you're aware you're drinking something brewed for Aldi.
