Hand-pulled half-pint in the Brewery Tap during a Black Country Bus trip on 6th July 2013.
Yet another golden/amber coloured Bitter with an off-white head: at least it didn't smell of Toilet Duck or any Lemon flavoured liquid.
The nose and taste were floral more than fruity and the malts gave everything a semi-sweet feel. Subtle flavours more than in your face: OK, but lacked oomph! The finish was dry and getting bitter but not enough to get excited about.
A standard UK Bitter really.
