This beer is out there as "Jonas Bronck's Pelham Bay IPA". Its currently brewed by Butternuts, but there are plans for "Jonas Bronck" to become a production brewery at some time, somewhere in the Bronx. (I tried to add Jonas Bronck, as a new place/BA entity, but that was not approved...)

This was sampled and enjoyed via a growler fill from the Green Growler Grocery in Croton-on-Hudson, NY.

Pours clouded darker amber, with a loose oatmeal head, loads of sheeting and lace.

Mild grainy hopped up nose.

Flavorful and agreeable IPA. Grainy hops, malt under pinnings, quite smooth, mellow and easy drinking. Smacks of quality. Long, flavor and balanced finish well savored on the tongue, gums and entire mouth. Looking forward to trying "their" other promised selections
