The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a large white head. The aroma is basic hefeweizen with strong notes of bananas and cloves. The flavor is more of the same. Lots of banana, cloves with some vanilla mixed in. Medium, creamy mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very good hefeweizen.

Pours a cloudy pale golden color with a bright white head that settles into a nice lace. Nose is sweet with notes of banana and honey. Taste has the same notes of banana and honey that were apparent in the aroma along with a bit of spicy clove, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla. Goes down almost too easily—a very refreshing hefe.

Pours a murky gold with a solid half-inch white head. Nose is mild with honey and sweet malt.
Taste is sweet honey cream butter with a soft wheat base. Light banana bread and cloves, vanilla, a light orange citrus flavor, subtle but easily detected.
Mouthfeel is soft and velvety, finish is very clean. Terribly easy to drink, especially with a little more heft than most others of the style. Eminently quaffable.
