I wasn't really sure which category this beer best fit in. It is a blonde ale that is brewed using caramel malt, so I decided that amber ale was the best fit even though the beer is not amber colored.
The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is a lot of grassy hops along with some caramel malt. The flavor is fairly sweet, with a lot of caramel and toffee along with some earthy and grassy hops. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
Very similar to a blonde ale, but this is quite a bit sweeter. The hops are nicely balanced with the sweet malt, making the beer easy to drink and quite enjoyable.
