Virtually black, with trace clear crimson edges. Nitro induced creamy, steadfast tan head. Sticky, intricate lace remains. Aroma of soft roasted barley and chocolate accompanied by mild toffee and bittersweet cocoa. Clean. Comination of roasted barley and rounded chocolate yields a dominant mocha presence in flavor. Sweet caramel malt is contrasted by non descript, but cleansing hop bitterness. Expectedly creamy from the nitrogenation in mouthfeel. but inherently dextrinous and pleasantly viscous. Slightly savory, smokey finish. A highly drinkable and well rounded stout. Airy, yet understated chocolate character. They've found a nice balance of CO2 and nitro in the mix. Very tasty.
