A - Poured an opaque black color with some dark brown color near the bottom of the glass. It had a perfect Irish Dry Stout head - creamy, pillowy, off-white head that leaves soapy, sudsy lace on the glass.
S - It smelled of flaked oats, some chocolate and mild floral notes.
T - Nice sweet chocolate with some bitterness from the oats. There is mild hop bite.
M - It was soft, smooth and creamy. A light bodied ale that is very easy drinking.
O - This is a good dry stout but I was hoping for a bigger flavor from this one.

Deep brown, with clear deep garnet when held to light. Tan, well retained, creamy head leaves lace. Gently burnt roasted barley in aroma accompanied by a subtle impression of baker's chocolate. Clean and understated aromawise. Bittersweet roasted grain and hop bitterness combination dominates in flavor. Balmy medium roast coffee notes along with unsweetned cocoa hints are secondary. Well attenuated, but firmly dextrinous on the palate. Trace carbonic acid bite complements the roasted barley presence. It's welcome to have a non nitrgenated dry stout. Finishes mostly clean, with fading hints of singed biscuit. Superbly soft on the palate and thirst quenching. A bit more chocolate character would've been appreciated, but that's just me. Another well crafted Blind Tiger brew.
