Appearance: Yellow wheaty color, no head when brought to table.
Smell: Very difficult to detect. Slighty citrus odor.
Taste: Lemony, rye hints, very cold serving temperature.
M/D: Not a bad beer. Something I could drink several of. This beer was originally called just a Blind Tiger White, but is currently called a White Tiger Wit.

Hazy straw hue, one fingered, creamy persistent head. Loose lace is left. Smooth coriander upfront in aroma, with citrus rind secondary. Clean wheat tartness and trace clove round out the nose. Orange peel bitterness gives way to grainy wheat, sweetly herbal coriander and light residual sweetness. Lightly bodied, but smooth and sufficiently proteinaceous in mouthfeel. Finishes clean, w/ orange zest and pleasantly grainy wheat notes lingering. A clean, well balanced and refreshing Wit. The spices were well calculated and not all overbearing.
