A - Poured a clear, golden/amber color with a one-finger, white, sudsy head of thick foam. It had okay retention and left some patchy lace.
S - The El Dorado hops give it a strong orange aroma with some sweet caramel and burnt toast.
T - It had a nice orange flavor with some piney/bitter hops. It had a pretty sweet caramel backbone.
M - It was crisp, sharp and finished clean. A medium bodied ale with a dry finish.
O - This is a pretty nice IPA, although I like their Top Gun IPA better.
