A - Poured a hazy, pale, golden-yellow hue with a small, fizzy, white head of foam. It left very little lacing.
S - It smelled of lemon, cracked wheat and some yeast.
T - It tasted of sweet wheat, some yeasty spice and lemon. There was an orange slice on the rim that added some citrusy bite, too.
M - It was fairly crisp and sharp. A light bodied ale with dry, clean finish.
O - This is an okay witbier. Blind Tiger does quite a few wheat beers (it is in Kansas) and I've never been blown away by them.
