A - Poured out a clear, golden/orange color with a two-finger, khaki colored head of foam. It left some sticky patches of lace.
S - It has a big strong pine aroma. Some tropical fruits and burnt toast maltiness.
T - It tasted of pine, citrus and tropical fruits. Good caramel and burnt toast flavors add balance.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A nice dry finish in a medium bodied brew.
O - This was really interesting. I shared it with some brewers and they had never had a Galaxy single hop ale. Big pine aroma and flavors.
