Sampled in a 4 ounce glass while at the brewery/restaurant on May 31st, 2014 while in Topeka, Kansas for the weekend. Made some notes while sampling. Alcohol content is 4.6% (ABV) and 18 IBU's.
Served at the table so I didn't see the actual pour. The color is golden-yellow in color with a small white fizzy head. Not much lacing to speak of. The aroma is of mostly of sweet caramel malts. The taste is about the same with a good taste of the caramel malts and yeast. Very pleasant to drink with no bitter aftertaste and perfect carbonation. Really enjoyed this one!

A - Poured out a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a small, fizzy, white head of foam. Very little lacing.
S - It smelled floral with nice caramel notes.
T - Sweet and malty with caramel and bready qualities. Very, very mild bitterness.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light bodied brew with a clean finish.
O - This is a pretty good Kolsch-style beer. Another worthy brew at Blind Tiger.
