Served on tap into a typical American pint glass. The color was a nice light golden brown. The nose was a bit more fruity than one might expect. Had a lot of floral notes as well. Wasn't expecting that from an IPA, not to this degree. The taste was what a typical IPA should be, a little grassy, citrus w/ a good dry finish. Grapefruit came to mind as it usually does when I imbibe an IPA. The body was a little light, easily drinkable. Decently crisp too. Appropriate carbonation for the style. Overall, a pretty ok IPA. A different take on it for sure, one that left an impression. I'd say it was just a tad too floral for me. Something about it was just a little too much like visiting the florist. Still worth trying. Prosit!
