far and away the lightest of the recent beers ive had from these guys, and light for the style, less of the mid palate sweetness and body and length than is permissible in these, this is tighter, cleaner, quicker, drinks brisk and easy, is very well made, but perhaps due to its minimal nature hits ever so slightly less impressive than the others i have recently enjoyed, this is a top notch brewery though in terms of quality, their german stuff is truly outstanding, no denying. blonde to lighter golden, fine clarity, short white head, plenty of carbonation. aroma is fresh and biscuity, german for sure, good minerality, light breadiness, a hint of honey but drier to me than many, well lagered but a little less robust yeast strain to me, this is tidy and simple, but very professionally built. the flavor is similar, some white bread and subtle baked depth to the grain, classic noble hops on the end of this but an accent at most, helps with the rapid clean finish, nice balance to this and more flavor by a mile than the standard yellow beer fare, nice malt freshness really setting the tone, clean lagering, german essence, infinite drinkability, love the high carbonation, the obvious attention to detail, and the artful nature of the whole thing. super impressed with blind tiger beers in way too limited experience with them, these guys are doing it right!
