A medium-bodied ruby ale. Very well-balanced with medium bitterness and a touch of roasted barley on the finish.

On tap. Poured out a clear, ruby color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of caramel, roasted malt and floral notes. Sweet with toasted caramel malt and a mild bitterness.

Clear ruby hue. Dense, creamy light beige head leaves countable rings of foam interconnected by lace. Soft, floral hops, medium caramel and hints of butterscotch in aroma. Biscuity sweetness upfront is partially contrasted by mild hop bitterness. Undertone of light caramel and diacetyl. Liightly bodied, with a creamy smooth mouthfeel from the nitrogenation. Muted malt character from the nitro mix. Faint earthy hop flavor. Finishes clean and touch bland, with bready malt lingering briefly. Quaffable, balanced, albeit a bit prosaic. Blarney Irish Ale would be better without the nitrogen / CO2 mix.
