I believe this brew is named after the local hockey team. The brew is served in a pint glass like all other brews of the day at this pub. The appearance is very similar to the Devil Dog Pal eAle I just finished. The color is a clear copper hue with a small off white head foaming up slightly. Aroma is very very faint with some caramel hints and a light earthy hop character. First sip reveals a very mild flavor with some sweet caramel showing up that fades rather quickly to a rather empty finish. the body is average and the carbonation is gentle in nature and very fine in size. Overall this brew is far from outstanding but is not terrible either.
