Pours a nice caramel/amber like colour with a minimal head that doesn't leave much of a mark on the glass nor does it hang around for very long.
Aroma is a bit sweet and somewhat chalky, if that makes sense. There's a bit of a hoppy presence here as well that blends and balances well with the malt in the mix.
The flavour has a definite hop bite to it. The finish of each sip has a clear German feel to it from the Saaz hops. Sweetness is still present here but is mainly found at the start of each sip. Mouthfeel is light bodied and has a nice pop to it.
Another nice brew from the Tun. Since their new brewer came on board there seems to be a lot more experimentation and new brews coming out of the taps, and most, if not all of them have been good, and this one's no exception.
