Had over alumni weekend at Gettysburg. I figured ABC was trying to copy their compatriots Troegs from Harrisburg's success in the Amber area.
A: Great dark ruby/brown color. Slim head.
S: Malty with lots of caramel notes. Light hopping noticeable.
T: Much like the smell, very caramel-like with a bit of bitterness in the swallow.
M: Like many ABC brews, creamy and unobtrusive.
D: A very easy drinking beer. Doesn't shock, doesn't surprise, but satisfies in it's own way.
