Pours a deep golden color with a one finger creamy white head with good retention.

The scent is of strong floral hops, citrus is also noticeable, and some bread.

The taste was also of very bitter floral hops, some citrus, and pine, notes of bready malt.

Medium body, creamy and smooth, very low carbonation.

This was a really nice version of this beer, if offered again I would go for it.

This is their Hoppy Trails recipe and they dry-hopped it with Amarillo. On cask at the Harrisburg location.

A - A dulled golden body that appears creamy...a thick creamy white head...about two fingers...great retention and awesome lacing

S - The magic of dry hopping!...lots of floral hop notes...a bit of citrus is mixed in there as well

T - I was expecting hops to start and finish this beer...but I was met a funkiness at first sip...it took me a few sips to put a finger on it...I was getting a lot of graininess coming out of this...never experienced that with an IPA...but after the grain taste fades...you are met with a bouquet of floral hops...now a few pine notes are coming through as well as a touch of citrus...the beer finishes with a nice bitterness that isn't too harsh

M - Medium bodied...very creamy, slightly bitter, and pretty refreshing

D - This was my first cask offering...I've never had the Hoppy Trails but this one was good...a great nose via the dry-hopping, decent flavor, and a great mouthfeel from the beer engine...try this one before it runs out!
