Pours a clear golden color with less than one finger of fluffy white head with little retention.
The scent is grassy with notes of herbal hops. Some citrus is also notable.
The taste is of grassy malt with citrus and lightly bitter herbal hops.
Light bodied, smooth and crisp, sort of thin for the style, moderate carbonation.
This was an all around average presentation of the style. An ok beer but I wouldn't go for this again.

Served in an oversized mug. Pours a clear yellow with some orange hues and a white cap of foam more than a finger thick with pretty good retension. Fair amount of lace clings to the glassware as the head receeds and sips are taken. Nose is lacking any definite character partly because of being served too cold and sanitizer smell inside the mug. Taste is minorly malty and quite herbal/grassy from the hops with a dominant bitterness and sulfur twang. There is a very noticeable aftertaste that is off putting. Resine and oily bitterness lingers in the mouth with an alcohol presence both in taste and warmth. Medium feel with low carbonation. The aftertaste is quite distracting, it is like a mix of grassy hops and plastic meets smoked malt. If it wasn't for the aftertaste this would be worthwhile to try again but as-is it should be avoided.
