Poured into a pint glass: color is gold, transparent, head is off white and presents a scant 1/4 inch thick, head dissipates to a ring with limited lacing.
Smell is caramel light sweetness, bread, biscuit, toast, hint of spicy and grassy hops.
Taste is crisp with lighter sweetness, pleasant bread/biscuit/toast flavor, light carmel, hint of earth and herbal hops but not overdone.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness - well done for style.
Overall a very good Helles - malt forward with moderate hops.
