Part of the new Double IPA Single Hop Series...
Pours a bright gold with disappointingly thin cap of white bubbles, leaving some light sticky lacing. Fantastic notes of strong grapefruit and solid pine resin. Screams American IPA in nose alone. As with the rest of the series, malts are pale and take a backseat. Taste is firmly bitter with heavy grapefruit and rind and pine resin. Malts are quiet. Oiliness makes body medium, good moderate carbonation, dry. Fantastic showcase hop with strong nose and heavy bitter flavor notes.
