Clear golden color with a persistent foam in the pint shaker. Lots of aromatics. Pleasantly spritzy in the mouth. Rather perfumey flavor. Sweeter than about any Pilsner style I've ever had. Less bitter as well, but tangy and full of a rich malty flavor.
Kissed with enough hops to balance the sweetness. A lovely rich Pilsner that is more satisfying than the more austere and bitter examples. This has a little bit of malty substance and is a pleasing quaff. On tap at Local Habit.
