16oz nonic pint at HG. Nitro-tap.
A: Served a golden amber color with a creamy, soft, off white nitro head. Solid sheets of lace left after every sip.
S: Grainy malt, light bready quality, with a touch of spicy earthy hops. Super light nose. Light yeast quality. Bready overall.
T: Lightly sweet caramel, clean and crackery bready flavors, with a balancing amount of peppery hops. There's a clean malt finish with a pleasant lingering breadiness.
M: Light and clean body, slick and easy mouthfeel. Fairly crisp despite the creamy nitro carbonation.
O: Definitely a highly quaffable beer that I could probably drink a lot of without growing tired.
